Level 1 $215 (6 hours)
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word 'Rei' means Universal and 'Ki' means life energy. Reiki is administered by 'laying on hands;' Reiki is a very simple yet powerful technique that can be easily learned by anyone. Reiki can be used for self-healing and relaxation or can be channeled for healing others. This workshop is a combination of discussion and exercises. Students will receive four attunements during the course of the day.
Students will learn: The history of Reiki // How to channel Reiki for self and others // Reiki hand positions for self treatment and treatment of others // How to scan the energy of a client // How to give a complete Reiki Treatment
